You Can Exercise Virtually?

In this weeks episode, we discuss one of the mainstream forms of how fitness can be received by people all over the world, through virtual platforms.  Virtual workouts became popular in the days of P90x and Insanity when they were some of the first forms of at home fitness classes that people could do when they had time and in the comfort of their own home.  Since then, the days of covid made this space even more popular, with people offering virtual coaching as well as at home workouts/meal plans to consumers all over the globe.  As mentioned, you can find both of our leaders', Cal and Holly, links below if you're interested in some online coaching!
